After you book a coach, they will confirm and set up a call time within 24 hours via email. Most coaches reply within just a few hours. If you don't hear from them within 24 hours, please first check your spam or promotions folder! That first email will be sent to you from care.coaching@themuse.com (so you you can search for that email in your inbox to find it, too). If that doesn't work, you can reach out here for help.
